Three Blind Men and An Elephant Productions: Fujifilm X-E4: Best Balanced Rangefinder-Style APS-C Hybrid on the Market – Commentary

“Fujifilm’s X-E4 is a no-brainer among rangefinder style APS-C hybrid cameras. I think it’s a more complete and satisfying hybrid than anything in Sony’s current a6 series lineup; it’s so good as a photographer’s camera alone that it’s a warning shot across the bow for Leica’s next generation CL – if and when one comes out.”

Commentary

A Fujifilm X-E4 review loaner may be winging its way to the Unititled.Net studio in the coming days, and I am hoping that Sydney’s current pandemic lockdown will be eased off enough so going out in public and making photographs and videos may be a little more fun than it has been since COVID-19 Delta struck.

I published an article in advance of the Fujifilm X-E4’s release earlier this year as well as Fujifilm Australia’s press release, and am looking forward to giving the X-E4 a good tryout soon.

In order to be well prepared for the camera’s arrival, I am publishing some link and video link articles here at Unititled.Net and I hope they will be of benefit to you too.

I am also considering doing the same for other smaller and more affordable Fujifilm X Series cameras that may be considered competitors for the X-E4, such as the X100V, X-T30 II and the X-S10 so that I have some benchmarks to measure against the X-E4.

The video review above was made by my former Planet 5D co-worker, Hugh Brownstone, whose proximity to B&H in New York as well as the various camera maker branch offices in the same city allows him easy access to a vast range of photography and video production hardware.
